Responsibilities

• Support existing Vetcove users by responding to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in an easily digestible manner
• Handle daily admin tasks including account management, item issue reports, and credit approvals
• Work cross-functionally to provide engineering and product teams with feature requests and recommendations
• Collaborate with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication
• Develop and expand processes to streamline support workflows

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience
• 2-year Associate degree or 4-year College degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage concurrent responsibilities
• Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chat support
• Knowledge of Intercom or similar chat platforms
• Tech or startup work experience
