Veterinary Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise on veterinary clinic operations and workflows to validate product decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations
• Manage external partnerships with corporate veterinary groups and integration partners
• Support product launches by coordinating GTM activities and stakeholder communications
• Act as a liaison between product and business teams to align priorities
• Coordinate product operations including tracking timelines and managing dependencies
• Maintain project plans, process documentation, and internal resources
• Champion the customer perspective to ensure products deliver meaningful value to veterinary teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic workflows and practice management systems
• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship building skills across technical and non-technical teams
