Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance a global compliance and ethics program across aesthetics, therapeutics, and consumer skincare business units
• Oversee compliance with healthcare laws including FDA advertising/promotion, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act
• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to business teams on product launches, marketing strategies, and clinical trials
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, SOPs, and training programs for employees
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and execute monitoring/auditing plans
• Manage the company's confidential reporting hotline and lead investigations into potential misconduct
• Supervise third-party and international compliance, including anti-bribery/FCPA diligence
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies to address changes in the legal landscape

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles
• At least 3 years of experience advising organizations on commercial pharmaceutical products
• Expert knowledge of healthcare and FDA regulatory compliance (advertising, promotion, labeling, etc.)
• Experience in a compliance leadership role managing a corporate compliance program
• Expertise in reviewing marketing materials, including social media content
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of compliance and legal professionals
