Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow
• Lead the full placement process including structuring capital stacks, preparing offering materials, and negotiating term sheets
• Manage execution across debt and equity mandates, including bridge, permanent, construction, mezzanine, and preferred equity
• Serve as a trusted advisor by translating real-time capital markets conditions into actionable guidance
• Use technology, data tools, and workflow systems to run a high-volume, well-organized deal process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 3+ years in CRE capital markets with a focus on debt placement or structured finance
• Deep fluency across the capital stack: structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, and term sheet negotiation
• Ability to work independently across the full advisory cycle from origination through funded close

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience standing up a capital markets practice or book of business without an inherited pipeline
• Familiarity with deal screening tools, CRM platforms, or automated workflow systems
• Exposure to programmatic lending relationships or structured lender products
