Vice President, Finance & Controller

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger, monthly and quarterly close, multi-currency consolidations, and intercompany accounting
• Serve as the top technical accounting authority for revenue recognition (ASC 606), stock-based compensation, and equity accounting
• Oversee direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing, and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Manage cash, liquidity, banking relationships, and FX risk-management programs
• Own the finance side of quote-to-cash, including billing, collections, and ERP roadmap modernization
• Design and operate the internal control environment and manage external audit relationships
• Build and lead a globally distributed accounting and finance operations team

Requirements

• Extensive progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership (Controller or CAO level)
• Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for subscription or consumption models
• Public-company experience including SEC reporting and SOX compliance
• Proven track record of improving quote-to-cash cycles or leading ERP/billing system implementations
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, and international operating environments
• CPA or international equivalent strongly preferred
• Experience in enterprise software, cloud, or AI/data infrastructure is a strong plus
