Responsibilities

  • Own the full-funnel media strategy across all paid channels, from awareness-building to performance conversion
  • Manage paid acquisition strategy across social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels with P&L accountability
  • Build and manage an external network of paid media specialists and performance agencies
  • Design and operate an AI-native performance system and testing infrastructure
  • Drive the creative-to-performance feedback loop in collaboration with the Creative Intelligence pod
  • Develop audience strategies and manage LTV:CAC across a dual-motion portfolio of clinical services and e-commerce products
  • Lead and evolve a team of growth architects
  • Communicate growth performance and unit economics to the executive team and board

Requirements

  • Systems thinking approach to designing growth machines
  • Experience building or architecting AI-native acquisition systems
  • Full-funnel media fluency including awareness-building and performance channels
  • Dual fluency in healthcare/considered-purchase conversion and e-commerce/DTC acquisition
  • Experience in DTC health or subscription consumer models at scale
  • Proficiency in creative performance testing and frameworks
  • Experience managing agency and contractor ecosystems
  • Executive-level communication and strategic partnership skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
