About the Company

Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management partner. They build nationwide portfolios of ASC joint ventures with health systems and physicians, focusing on high-performance clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure, service desk, and systems administration
• Manage the IT operating budget and oversee capital plan execution
• Hire, develop, and manage IT directors, managers, and support staff
• Oversee administration of clinical platforms (EHR, Practice Management) and business platforms (ERP, HRIS)
• Manage integrations between third-party medical devices and core infrastructure
• Operate the cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS standards
• Lead M&A integrations, system migrations, and multi-site data consolidations
• Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable to service level agreements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally in multi-site healthcare environments
• 6+ years of experience leading teams in infrastructure, service desk, and security operations
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security operations tooling
• Strong people-management and operational execution skills
