Peek is the operating system powering the experiences industry - from museums and attractions to tours and activities. With over $7B in bookings, Peek’s AI-powered platform has helped thousands of merchants to increase revenues, save time, and deliver seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-velocity performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Build organic search and programmatic SEO infrastructure to capture long-tail demand
  • Own LLM optimization to ensure brand presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Identify and build compounding growth loops, hacking, and experimentation programs
  • Partner with sales on ABM and enterprise acquisition for large attractions and cultural institutions
  • Own go-to-market architecture and brand GTM playbooks for multiple brands
  • Manage growth reporting including CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion
  • Hire and develop a high-output growth team

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of building compounding organic engines and growth loops
  • Deep hands-on experience with programmatic SEO and content architecture
  • Working knowledge of LLM optimization and AI-era discoverability
  • Expertise in high-creative-velocity paid social and vertical video fluency
  • Strong analytical foundation in attribution models and funnel benchmarks
  • Hands-on experience running ad operations directly within platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Daily proficiency using AI tools for creative, SEO, and workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to tour operators, attractions, museums, or hospitality businesses
  • Experience building operator network effects or partner-driven distribution
  • Hands-on LLM optimization work involving structured data and entity authority
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, or enterprise CRM-driven demand gen
  • Experience managing through company acquisitions or brand integrations
