Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full marketing function across brand, growth, content, community, and experiential
  • Define and evolve the DocUpdate brand and shape messaging across all touchpoints
  • Build a strong physician founder brand and develop high-impact thought leadership strategy
  • Own clinician acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
  • Expand and strengthen the DocUpdate physician community and advisory network
  • Own event strategy across conferences, dinners, summits, and physician experiences
  • Lead content strategy across video, social, editorial, email, and podcasts
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing modern marketing team

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing, brand, growth, or community leadership
  • Experience building culturally relevant brands with passionate communities
  • Proven success leading multi-channel acquisition and growth
  • Expertise in paid media, organic social, influencer strategy, and community building
  • Experience scaling consumer, membership, creator-led, or community-driven brands
  • Strong creative judgment and brand taste
  • Analytical ability to understand performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to physicians or highly credentialed professional audiences
  • Background in high-growth consumer, membership, or modern wellness brands
  • Experience in disruptive SaaS companies known for storytelling
