Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions to drive revenue and operational excellence
  • Manage and develop a team of production leaders, building manager capability and accountability
  • Establish operational goals and monitor key production metrics to identify bottlenecks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production capacity and reduce friction
  • Lead change management initiatives for new processes, technologies, and organizational changes
  • Leverage data and analytics to forecast performance and inform strategic decision-making
  • Own Salesforce reporting and production analytics to support business visibility
  • Execute investment risk policy, including underwriting guideline updates and governance
  • Partner with Finance and People Operations on workforce planning and organizational design

Requirements

  • 7+ years of operations leadership experience in real estate, mortgage, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven experience managing and developing managers in hybrid and remote environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce reporting
  • Track record of driving performance through process improvement and capacity planning
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities
  • Experience leading teams through organizational growth and system implementations
  • High degree of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
