Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the operational function, including inventory strategy, supply planning, purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment
• Develop and execute a scalable operations strategy to support company growth
• Drive end-to-end inventory planning and management through forecasting and production planning
• Lead the S&OP process and ensure alignment across Sales, Growth, and Finance
• Oversee the logistics and fulfillment network, including 3PL partnerships and transportation
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, including manufacturers and freight providers
• Build and scale operational processes, SOPs, and systems using ERP platforms
• Establish operational performance management through KPI definition and reporting
• Oversee inventory accuracy, health, and retail compliance
• Manage the operations budget and drive cost efficiency
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations within a CPG company
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling teams
• Deep experience in CPG demand planning and forecasting
• Expertise in 3PL management and retail compliance
• Extensive experience with EDI integrations across retail channels
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Cin7 preferred, NetSuite a plus) and WMS
• Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics
• Strategic thinker with strong project management skills
