Interdependence is rebuilding the PR industry from the ground up. Using a proprietary platform that analyzes hundreds of thousands of stories daily, they turn earned media into measurable, repeatable results across paid, social, content, and brand channels. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop 7-10 Account Executives, focusing on ramping newly promoted reps
- Own monthly quota attainment and pipeline coverage
- Optimize and document the sales process from discovery through close
- Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and listening sessions
- Operationalize MEDDICC/MEDDPICC across the team and inspect deals rigorously
- Partner with revenue operations, BDR leadership, and client services
- Build new hire onboarding and ongoing enablement
- Forecast accurately and report directly to the Chairman
Requirements
- 10+ years of front-line sales management experience
- Mid-market and enterprise sales background with a track record of success
- MEDDICC or MEDDPICC training and implementation experience
- Experience managing both veteran and early-career AEs
- Proven ability to design processes, playbooks, and onboarding
- Comfort with sub-90-day sales cycles and high-velocity monthly cadence
- AI forward mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, Attention, Claude, and ChatGPT
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency, PR, or professional services sales experience
- Experience selling to marketing and communications leaders
- Background scaling a sales team through an inflection point
