Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new accounts within the Commercial and Private Payor healthcare market on a regional and national scale
  • Conduct research to expand prospect lists and develop leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Definitive
  • Build and cultivate relationships with C-level and purchasing executives through proactive communication and needs assessment
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract creation, legal review, and signature
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product Management, Sales Operations, and Finance to ensure successful deal execution
  • Maintain an accurate sales funnel and provide precise financial projections to executive leadership using Salesforce.com

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in payer/health plan sales with a demonstrated track record of business expansion
  • Proven ability to consistently secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with Payor organizations
  • A broad, established network of relationships within the Commercial and Regional Health Plan community
