Vice President, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Refine and drive the product vision and strategy across the global payments and subscription platform
• Lead the transition to an outcome-based Product Operating Model
• Embed generative AI within the product lifecycle to automate documentation and optimize discovery
• Lead and mentor the Product Management team through hands-on coaching
• Act as a player-coach by owning critical workstreams and writing technical specs
• Partner with Engineering, Customer, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate delivery
• Develop deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
• Define clear success metrics and navigate trade-offs to drive unit economic growth

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years leading product teams in high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
• Deep experience in subscription management, billing, embedded finance, or payments ecosystems
• Proven track record of delivering product strategies that drive revenue and adoption
• Strong ability to partner with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products
• Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and customer insights
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of global commerce, compliance, taxation, and cross-border transactions
• MBA or advanced degree
