Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end ServiceNow partnership across the Americas to drive qualified leads, sourced pipeline, and closed bookings
  • Drive AI-led pipeline generation as a leading indicator of success
  • Build and execute joint Go-to-Market strategies with ServiceNow field leadership across various US and Canada verticals
  • Manage NewRocket's standing within the ServiceNow partner program, including Elite status and specializations
  • Develop ServiceNow-anchored solutions and sales plays in partnership with Industry Marketing and Field CTOs
  • Manage commercial relationships with AWS as they relate to the ServiceNow ecosystem and AWS Marketplace
  • Establish operating rhythms, scorecards, and reporting for partner-sourced pipeline and program ROI

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years in alliances, channel sales, or partner-led enterprise sales
  • At least 3 years owning a major platform partnership within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing multi-million-dollar services pipeline through ServiceNow
  • Deep working network across ServiceNow's Americas field organization
  • Fluency in partner-led GTM economics including Sell-With/Sell-Through, MDF, and deal registration
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow's AI roadmap (Now Assist, AI Agents)
  • Willingness to travel across the Americas as required

  • Experience working with hyperscaler partner organizations and cloud marketplace motions
