Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute near and long-term growth strategies and campaigns to drive business opportunities
- Maintain detailed understanding of customer missions, requirements, and gaps
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners
- Track emerging markets and trends to propose new offerings or strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with technology, product, finance, and marketing teams to yield sustainable growth
- Engage customers and vendors to shape pre-solicitation efforts, including RFIs and RFPs
- Support and improve the Capture, Bid, and Proposal process while managing B&P budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or management fields
- 12+ years of experience in NASA enablement efforts or operations
- 10+ years of experience in business development with the U.S. Government or Prime Contractors
- Experience executing corporate-level business development and briefing executive leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Active TS or TS/SCI with polygraph
