Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Aeris' global ecosystem and partnership strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
- Lead the expansion of the global Mobile Network Operator (MNO), MVNO, satellite, and infrastructure partner ecosystem
- Negotiate strategic commercial agreements to improve global coverage and competitive differentiation
- Establish strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, cybersecurity companies, silicon vendors, and device OEMs
- Drive joint product integrations and partner-led go-to-market programs
- Source, structure, and execute complex commercial partnerships with global technology companies
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to bring partnerships from concept to launch
Requirements
- 15+ years of executive-level experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership
- Experience in enterprise software, networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or IoT
- Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate significant revenue
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with global enterprises or mobile operators
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, and ecosystem business models
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

- Proven ability to influence CEOs and senior executives across global organizations
- Exceptional commercial judgment and strong negotiation skills
