Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
  • Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and basic motion effects
  • Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Organize media libraries, including videos, graphics, and marketing assets
  • Assist with basic reporting on posted content and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content pieces
  • Good written English for reviewing captions and descriptions
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of video editing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience editing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Basic knowledge of social media best practices
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva
