Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (12-16 per month) including talking head content, B-roll, and multi-camera setups
- Manage full post-production pipeline including sound design, color grading, and motion graphics
- Implement text animations, lower thirds, and data visualizations to drive viewer retention
Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube content for channels with established audiences
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional editing software
- Ability to manage end-to-end post-production (audio, color, and graphics) independently
