Responsibilities

• Edit high-performance video creatives for Meta, Google, and YouTube, including UGC edits, AI-generated ads, and motion graphics
• Design static ads for Meta and Google campaigns using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and media buyers to turn briefs into high-converting creatives
• Contribute to creative ideation and performance-focused concepting
• Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows to boost quality and speed
• Manage assets and deliverables using project management tools like Wrike

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing or creative production for DTC/eCommerce brands
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, with basic Figma knowledge
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Kling AI, Claude, Gemini) in the creative process
• Experience editing UGC-style ads for social platforms
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and motion graphics
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Final Cut Pro
• Animation experience
• Experience working in an agency environment on Meta and Google ad campaigns
