Video Editor (Meta Ads | DTC Ecommerce | Full Remote)

Responsibilities

• Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create engaging VSL (Video Sales Letters)
• Produce scroll-stopping UGC-style creatives
• Follow established SOPs while continuously improving performance
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams
• Contribute to ongoing testing and scaling winning creatives

Requirements

• Proven experience editing DTC ecommerce video ads
• Strong portfolio of Meta-focused creatives
• Deep understanding of direct-response editing
• Deep understanding of hook psychology
• Deep understanding of VSL structure
• Deep understanding of UGC pacing
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Ability to work consistently in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp
