Video Editor & Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Own videos end-to-end from concept and storyboard to animation, edit, sound design, and delivery
• Set creative direction by brainstorming with the marketing team on launches and campaigns
• Create motion design and kinetic typography for type-driven narratives
• Produce cinematic product and UI animations featuring choreographed interactions
• Develop 3D animations including looping icon renders and stylized asset animations
• Execute rhythm-driven edits synced to music and SFX to drive engagement
• Blend mixed-media elements including archival footage, screen captures, and 3D renders
• Iterate quickly on feedback to ship multiple cuts per week

Requirements

• Strong portfolio or reel showcasing motion-heavy launch films or product videos
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender with a render engine (Octane, Redshift, or Cycles)
• Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, and color
• Ability to work from Figma files and brand systems
• Sound-design sensibility for pacing edits to audio
• Proven ability to deliver polished work on fast startup timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in the visual language of crypto and fintech social media
• Experience animating real product UI and mockup pipelines
• Proficiency with AI generation tools like Runway, Veo, or Midjourney
• Experience with color grading
