Responsibilities

• Edit raw creator footage into polished, script-accurate UGC ads that maintain a platform-first feel for TikTok
• Perform performance-driven iterations by reviewing ad results and swapping hooks, recutting bodies, or testing new CTAs
• Create creative remixes by repurposing winning assets into fresh variants and building a modular library for testing
• Utilize AI video tools to localize and dub creator content across different languages and implement AI voiceovers

Requirements

• TikTok-native editing instincts with an understanding of strong hooks and engagement
• Speed and precision in high-volume environments without sacrificing quality
• Performance-driven mindset focused on data-backed results rather than just aesthetics
• Fluency in AI video tools such as ElevenLabs for dubbing and lip-sync workflows
• Modular editing approach understanding the hook/body/CTA structure
• Ability for autonomous execution and managing briefs independently
