Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content including product films, campaign assets, behind-the-scenes, lookbooks, social-first clips and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the website.
  • Collaborate with Creative Producers, Stylists, Photographers and Digital Marketing to interpret briefs and ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Manage all aspects of production: location scouting, set preparation, equipment setup, lighting, sound capture and on-set direction.
  • Edit footage to a professional standard using industry software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects), apply colour grading, motion graphics and sound design as required.
  • Prepare multiple deliverable formats and aspect ratios optimised for web and social; ensure files meet technical specifications and platform best practices.
  • Maintain and manage production equipment, media assets and organised post-production archives.
  • Work with the Digital Merchandising and E-commerce teams to ensure product-focused videos enhance conversion and onsite experience (product demos, 360s, styling clips).
  • Conduct quality checks and user-acceptance tests prior to web-launch to guarantee accuracy and optimal playback performance.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards and shot lists; contribute ideas to increase engagement and performance against KPIs.
  • Support live shoots and events when required, working flexibly across projects and meeting production deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media Production, Video Production or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Videographer or similar role, preferably within fashion, luxury retail or eCommerce.
  • Proven portfolio of video work demonstrating strong storytelling, technical skill and a contemporary visual sensibility.
  • Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (After Effects); knowledge of colour grading workflows and audio editing.
  • Solid camera operation skills across DSLR/mirrorless and cinema cameras, lighting techniques and on-set sound recording.
  • Understanding of video formats, codecs and delivery requirements for web and social platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Enthusiasm for luxury fashion and an eye for styling and visual trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, creative eCommerce environment.
  • Familiarity with luxury fashion trends and brand aesthetics.
  • Additional skills in graphic design or 3D modelling.
