Videographer (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shoots according to monthly content plans
• Set up and operate camera, lighting, and sound as a one-person crew
• Direct on-camera talent to ensure script delivery and visual quality
• Film talking-head pieces, reportage, vertical short-form, and long-form content
• Edit footage including cuts, pacing, subtitles, music, and color correction
• Deliver up to 30 finished videos per month on agreed deadlines
• Organize footage with proper naming, backups, and archiving
• Maintain equipment and coordinate shoot access and permissions

Requirements

• Hands-on experience shooting video in the real estate sector
• Must possess own professional equipment (camera, lighting, stabilizer, audio)
• Strong understanding of lighting and camera operation
• Ability to direct non-professional presenters on camera
• Solid editing skills for clean, consistent output
• Fluent English communication skills
• Based in Dubai with ability to travel across the city
• Mandatory portfolio featuring talking-head, reportage, and vertical short-form content
