Responsibilities

  • Build and develop long-term relationships with VIP clients
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value users
  • Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience
  • Drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and activity
  • Understand player behaviour and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work with client insights to improve the VIP experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic iGaming environment
  • Contribute to business expansion and the development of new markets

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, or Sales
  • Experience in iGaming or understanding of client retention and VIP player behaviour
  • Ability to manage several VIP clients simultaneously and act on data insights
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
  • Fluent Ukrainian

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hungarian language skills
