VIP Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship for a dedicated book of high-value clients, acting as their internal champion and primary point of contact.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and provide rapid, high-context responses that align with their goals.
• Deliver personalised insights, market updates, and strategic recommendations to deepen client engagement and platform usage.
• Monitor AUM and platform activity to mitigate retention risk and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the brand at exclusive VIP events and activations, using hospitality to strengthen relationships and convert prospects.
• Build trust that drives referrals and network growth; report client feedback and collaborate with Strategy, Product, Marketing and Risk to improve the VIP offering.

Requirements

• 4+ years in client-facing roles (Relationship Management, Sales, or Customer Success), ideally within Crypto, Fintech, or related sectors.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic, with strong cultural awareness across UAE client profiles.
• Proven track record of acquiring and scaling a book of high-value clients and growing AUM.
• Strong commercial acumen, initiative, and the ability to deliver under ambiguity and fast market movements.
• Exceptional discretion, relationship-building skills, and hospitality/event-driven business development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with HNW or UHNW clients and managing bespoke client experiences.
• Established network in the UAE GCC region or demonstrated success converting event-driven relationships into long-term clients.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk considerations and KYC practices in digital assets.
