Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and retail individual clients, driving client acquisition and retention.
  • Onboard asset-rich users and trading clients.
  • Foster strong, personalized relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored Binance products, such as trading accounts, staking solutions, or Web3 offerings, to meet their objectives.
  • Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with Binance’s platform and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client-facing processes and propose improvements to enhance Binance’s VIP services.
  • Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted client acquisition strategies.
  • Stay informed on cryptocurrency market developments and Binance product updates to provide clients with expert advice.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in individual sales or client services within financial services, such as wealth management, retail banking, investment advisory, or brokerage.
  • Proven success in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, retail investors, or private banking clients.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Prior experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, capable of coordinating effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and client management processes is preferred.
