Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat channels • Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored, personalized solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor to couples by sharing guidance, best practices, and thoughtful recommendations • Collaborate with research, product, and logistics teams to enhance customer outcomes • Build strong, long-term relationships with couples through empathy, trust, and professionalism

Requirements

• Proactive self-starter with a strong "get it done" mindset • Background in counseling, coaching, or professional support roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities • Polite, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Previous experience in concierge or customer service • Ability to work from home in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in couples wellness or AI-driven services • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
