Requirements

• Proactive self-starter with a strong "get it done" mindset • Background in counseling, coaching, or professional support roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities • Polite, patient, empathetic, and trustworthy • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with teams • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Previous experience in concierge or customer service • Ability to work from home in a remote setup
