Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the clinic's calendar end-to-end, including triage, scheduling, and missed-call recovery
  • Identify and respond to life-threatening red flags for emergency triage
  • Execute daily missed-call recovery by touching new leads within 20 minutes
  • Use Practice Management Systems (PMS), dialers, and SMS tools to manage client communication
  • Maintain a booking rate at or above 60% and qualify callers quickly using structured call frameworks

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of customer-facing phone work (hospitality, medical, or salon coordination preferred)
  • Native-level English fluency with a warm, calm, and professional tone
  • Experience with Practice Management Systems (PMS), dialers, and SMS tools
  • Availability during US Central Time peak hours (specifically 10AM–12PM and 4PM–6PM)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience in veterinary or medical reception environments
