Virtual Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats
• Transfer calls or take messages as necessary
• Register new patients in electronic medical records
• Schedule new patient consultations and ensure questionnaires are completed
• Email new patient welcome packets after successful registration
• Provide patients with accurate information regarding questions and concerns
• Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work both EST and PST hours
