Virtual Physician - Bilingual Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Conduct initiating telehealth-based E/M or Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) to establish medical necessity for care navigation services
• Identify high-risk conditions and unmet social needs during intake visits
• Document findings in the platform using accurate coding, SDOH Z-codes, diagnoses, and risk factors
• Develop and approve individualized care plans to ensure alignment with medical treatment plans

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Broad multistate licensure (IMLC participation or 50-state coverage preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in primary care, telehealth, or care management
• Proficiency with EMRs, care management platforms, and telehealth workflows
• Bilingual Mandarin fluency required
• Familiarity with Medicare programs and SDOH documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
