About the Company

Baba is rebuilding healthcare for older adults. By 2030, over 65 million older adults will make up nearly a quarter of the U.S. population, creating one of the largest and most urgent challenges in healthcare. Baba makes it easier by pairing older adults with an expert advocate who coordinates their care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations with patients who have behavioral health and advocacy needs
• Learn Baba's systems, tools, technology, and partners
• Identify and prioritize patient needs to maintain a streamlined care continuum
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates, addressing social determinants of health
• Collaborate with the technology team to help develop innovative AI tools that enhance the clinical experience

Requirements

• Board certification in adult psychiatry
• Licensed in multiple states
• Prior experience working with Medicare patients
• Proficiency with EMRs, care management platforms, and telehealth workflows
• Prior experience delivering care via telehealth
• Comfort working with adults of all ages with behavioral health and medical needs
