Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
  • Regularly review customer portfolios to identify business opportunities and cross-sell financial products.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and aligning with expectations.
  • Provide specialist guidance, advice, and resolution of customer queries to achieve satisfaction.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and business support units, to streamline processes.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity, aligning with the Staff Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales acumen with the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities.
  • Relationship management expertise with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently while adhering to internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services with a focus on relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of banking processes and compliance requirements.
