Virtual Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Enter pre-qualifications and applications in the Loan Origination system
• Evaluate loan options with the Loan Consultant
• Identify loan adjustments and execute change of circumstance
• Assure all components to the file are included in the loan package
• Work with customers to set expectations regarding rate inquiries and loan status
• Serve as a liaison between Loan Consultant, Fulfillment and Sales Support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one-year customer service, mortgage processing or loan originations experience
• Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans
• Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate lending
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment
