Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Visa Implementation Services (VIS) offering by identifying collaboration opportunities and creating integrated go-to-market strategies alongside internal stakeholders (Value-Added Services, Client Services, etc.) to drive unified business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) colleagues, account executives, and other teams to define focus areas, and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities.
  • Lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk), including:
    • Using Visa and external data to analyze client needs in focus markets and identify opportunities for VIS assignments.
    • Supporting and contributing to sales pitches for VIS.
    • Leading or contributing to internal problem-solving sessions.
    • Preparing for and participating in client discussions.
    • Coordinating and delivering project work.
  • Stand up and manage large VCA programs focused on VIS workstreams.
  • Work closely with other Visa teams (Products, Business Development, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, etc.) to ensure a seamless consulting experience.
  • The role is hybrid; expectation of in-office days will be communicated by hiring manager.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 years with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 4 years with a PhD, OR 13+ years of experience overall.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of overall experience.
  • 7+ years' solid experience in payments, gained at a top-tier bank or consulting firm.
  • 5+ years in management consulting with deep client engagement skills.
  • Regional and global experience desired.
  • Superior project management and communication skills.
  • Diplomacy for working in multi-functional settings.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • Highly analytical; advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Results-driven, flexible, and customer-focused.
  • Able to travel and work onsite with clients.
  • Self-motivated with initiative.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
