Responsibilities

  • Curate and optimize content collections to ensure relevance and engagement
  • Evaluate content quality, design effectiveness, and customer value
  • Identify content gaps and emerging trends to inform future investments
  • Develop scalable curation frameworks and quality standards
  • Manage content lifecycle processes through CMS platforms
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer engagement data to drive decisions
  • Define and track KPIs for content programs
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and execute content experiments
  • Apply visual and creative judgment to assess layout and storytelling
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, curation, or digital merchandising
  • 1+ years of experience managing large-scale digital content and CMS platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in content optimization and performance analysis
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing content performance metrics and reporting insights
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and customer-centered design
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
