Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Garner's distribution model for non-health plan channel partners of all sizes
  • Own the economic model and sales process for distribution channels
  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with innovative partners
  • Drive growth and expand Garner's presence within channel partner communities
  • Collaborate with employer sales leadership to create compelling value propositions for sophisticated channel partners
  • Execute actions to achieve and surpass annual membership goals

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a sales leadership role with revenue responsibilities
  • Deep experience working with or for insurers offering major medical plans
  • Existing relationships within the health insurance community across various channel partners
  • Ability to work in a high-performing, mission-driven environment with intense urgency
