Responsibilities
- Own the creator SLG strategy end to end, defining acquisition models, segmentation, and deal economics
- Act as a player-coach by joining VIP outbound meetings and providing real-time coaching to the team
- Set annual and quarterly GTM plans, including team quotas and deal-mix targets
- Build and run full-funnel creator acquisition campaigns across outbound, events, social, and partnerships
- Manage commercial structuring for net-new VIP signings, including bonus and guaranteed flat-fee deals
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align creator monetization updates with sales enablement
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing SLG acquisition and activation team
- Define measurement frameworks using leading and lagging indicators to report performance to senior leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creator marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles
- Background in social media platforms, creator economy, or affiliate/influencer marketing
- Proven track record of leading sales-led or sales-assisted growth programs
- Experience building GTM playbooks and sales enablement materials
- Strong data orientation with experience setting up measurement frameworks
- Experience managing and growing high-performing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics or marketplace dynamics is a plus
- Understanding of social platform creator programs like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
