VP Data Architecture & Integration

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise information architecture, canonical data models, and authoritative systems of record
• Lead enterprise data governance, metadata management, lineage, and master data management (MDM) programs
• Oversee Enterprise Integration Services including EDI, APIs, file-based interfaces, and third-party integrations
• Establish integration standards and reusable data exchange patterns to reduce point-to-point interfaces
• Ensure data architecture supports operational systems, client reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives
• Partner with Analytics to deliver governed data products and a shared semantic/metrics layer
• Provide executive oversight for SLA management, disaster recovery, and operational excellence of data services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise data architecture, integration, or information management
• 5+ years of experience in senior technology leadership
• Strong experience with cloud data and integration technologies, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or DAMA-DMBOK
• Healthcare payer experience is strongly preferred
