VP, Digital Product & Ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and standard for Seed's digital experience across web and app
• Drive the product roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Design
• Own the A/B testing and experimentation program to improve CVR, AOV, and LTV
• Manage discount and incentive architecture, subscription mechanics, and upsell strategy
• Lead on-site merchandising and digital execution for product launches
• Build and lead a high-performing, autonomous digital product team

Requirements

• 8+ years of digital product and ecommerce experience
• Deep expertise in DTC, conversion optimization, or subscription businesses at scale
• Proven ability to define product strategy from ambiguity
• Analytical fluency in CVR modeling, cohort analysis, and experiment design
• Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams
• High bar for craft and brand expression

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health, wellness, or premium consumer brands
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms
• Exposure to personalization systems or agentic commerce
