Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across a multi-brand Shopify environment
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams including ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO
  • Drive conversion rate optimization through site experience and funnel optimization
  • Manage unified account experiences including membership, bundles, and subscriptions
  • Act as internal Product Manager for engineering and design teams
  • Oversee site stability, speed, infrastructure, and performance
  • Partner with Paid, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to drive first order volume and retention
  • Launch new brands from the ground up
  • Build an AI-forward operating model across the ecommerce organization

Requirements

  • 12+ years of ecommerce experience
  • Deep Shopify DTC expertise
  • Proven track record scaling a $100M+ DTC business
  • Experience driving conversion rates through disciplined data-driven testing
  • Proficiency using AI to accelerate team output (design, specs, code review, QA, analysis)
  • End-to-end ownership of subscription models including churn and retention strategy
  • Experience functioning as an internal PM to engineering teams
