Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the CFO department and provide client-facing support
• Make day-to-day leadership decisions and drive operational results
• Coach and develop other leaders and their associates to build talent bench
• Manage high-level programs and projects from inception through implementation
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives to align data, analytics, and AI capabilities
• Establish service excellence standards and accountability measures for analytics solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree in healthcare management/administration or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare finance focusing on clinical and operational performance
• 7+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to drive technological improvements
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and financial reimbursement issues
• Executive presence and strong emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CFA certification
• Working knowledge of Epic
