Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Drive executive decision support by translating financial signals into actionable insights
• Direct cash and capital planning, managing runway and supporting fundraising strategy
• Upgrade financial reporting for leadership and the board
• Oversee monthly close processes and manage external accounting and tax partnerships
• Build scalable processes, internal controls, and finance workflows
• Own the finance systems and tooling roadmap
• Build and develop the finance function by hiring and managing talent
• Partner cross-functionally to embed financial rigor in day-to-day decisions

Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience in high-growth, venture-backed environments
• Experience as a senior finance leader (Senior Director, Head of Finance, or VP Finance)
• Strong strategic finance and analytical skillset including financial modeling and KPI design
• Ability to build scalable processes in resource-constrained environments
• Hands-on approach with the ability to influence executives
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Experience partnering with external providers for accounting, tax, and audit
• Experience in subscription, DTC, marketplace, or healthcare services is strongly preferred
