VP/Head of Large Deals & Strategic Pursuits

Responsibilities

• Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure to drive significant revenue opportunities
• Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as digital transformation solutions take shape
• Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all solution towers
• Facilitate client workshops to highlight the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
• Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks and advocate through to final contracting

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
• Experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations
• Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
• Sharp negotiation and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with strong storytelling abilities to elevate pitches
• Firm understanding of the Infosys DPS
• Ability to bridge the gap between subsidiary and parent company to drive synergy
