Responsibilities
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure to drive significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as strategic solutions take shape
- Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all business towers
- Facilitate client workshops to highlight the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
- Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks and advocate through to final contracting
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments
- Experience working across service lines within hybrid or matrixed organizations
- Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking
- Sharp negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to elevate a pitch through compelling narratives
- Understanding of Infosys DPS
