Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales strategy and execution for health plans and TPAs, including national, regional, and Blues plans
  • Develop and close high-impact reseller and embedded partnership deals
  • Sell across multiple lines of business including commercial, fully insured, and ASO
  • Manage complex sales cycles with cross-functional stakeholders in medical management, innovation, network, and product
  • Collaborate with internal teams to structure scalable partnerships
  • Serve as the voice of health plan and TPA partners to inform product roadmap
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and meet growth targets

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or partnership experience in digital health or health plan/TPA settings
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from early-stage to $100M+ ARR
  • Success selling into health plans and/or TPAs with understanding of payer business models
  • Strong executive presence to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience negotiating complex embedded and reseller deals
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution
