Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue, growth, and P&L for the mortgage business, including setting targets and accurate forecasting
  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the mortgage segment, including segmentation, pricing, and packaging
  • Align and drive Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success toward shared mortgage business goals
  • Hire, lead, and develop the team required to scale the mortgage business
  • Drive new logo acquisition, customer retention, and expansion across the mortgage customer base
  • Build senior relationships with key lenders and partners to accelerate large opportunities
  • Manage the operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews and cross-functional planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, including running a business line, segment, or region with ownership of revenue
  • Proven track record of owning a number and consistently hitting or exceeding growth targets
  • Experience leading and aligning cross-functional go-to-market teams
  • Deep experience selling into or operating within the mortgage or lending industry
  • Strong general-management skills in strategy, planning, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams in a high-growth environment
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior GM or business-unit-owner experience at a fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology company
  • Deep familiarity with the mortgage ecosystem and lender technology adoption
  • Experience scaling a business line from early traction to repeatable growth
  • Data-driven, metrics-first approach to business management
