Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product collaboration engine across Grüns and portfolio brands
  • Lead events strategy and production to extend collaboration narratives
  • Drive business development as a measurable acquisition channel
  • Build and execute integrated brand campaigns across e-comm, paid, social, PR, and affiliate
  • Identify cultural opportunities to keep the brand in the conversation

Requirements

  • 12+ years in brand, partnerships, or experiential
  • Meaningful in-house experience at a consumer, CPG, or DTC brand
  • Proven track record of owning brand collaborations from sourcing to launch
  • Hands-on experience in events and experiential production
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies
  • Ability to read performance data including nCAC, first orders, and ROAS
