VP of Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a distributed engineering organisation
• Own delivery, quality, reliability, and velocity across all product teams
• Partner with product and design to translate strategy into shipped software
• Drive architecture, security, and scalability decisions for the platform
• Establish planning, review, and on-call cadences that scale with the team
• Build the hiring engine and next layer of engineering leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering
• 4+ years leading engineering teams
• Proven experience scaling teams and systems in fintech or high-growth SaaS
• Strong command of modern web, cloud, and distributed systems architecture
• Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop strong engineers
• Executive communication and data-informed decision-making
